JoMar Business Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ClarityCommand™ family of software products, including ClarityCommand Service (field operations for service businesses), ClarityCommand Care (operating system for care facilities), and ClarityCommand Credit Education (self-guided financial education tools), along with related sales and support communications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our websites, request information, purchase a subscription, or otherwise interact with us across any of our product lines. It also contains our SMS messaging terms and conditions and the disclosures required for toll-free SMS verification.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:
- Sign up for a subscription or trial of ClarityCommand Service, Care, or Credit Education
- Contact us by email, phone, or text message
- Fill out a paper or web form (including SMS consent forms)
- Participate in surveys or provide feedback
This information may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment information (processed through Stripe), and any other information you choose to provide.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the website.

- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We use a limited number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These providers process information solely to provide services to us and are contractually required to protect your information. They include:

- Grasshopper — business phone service and SMS messaging
- Zoho — business email hosting
- Netlify — website hosting
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with any third party for any purpose.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using current industry-standard practices.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@jomarbusinesssolutions.com. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as a notice on our website or by email.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern SMS messages sent from JoMar Business Solutions using the toll-free number +1 (833) 926-6626.
JoMar Business Solutions Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, any promotion of your products/services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sales@jomarbusinesssolutions.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-in process
We collect SMS opt-in using a paper consent form. Contacts provide their name, phone number, and email, and check a box to consent to receive informational and/or marketing messages from JoMar Business Solutions. Frequency and rates, as well as instructions on how to opt out and get help, are clearly disclosed at the time of consent. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with any third party.
